About Chris & Flo
Chris and Flora Dunkerley, the proud owners of Flo’s Kitchen, have a deep-rooted passion for food and hospitality. Chris grew up in the culinary world, as his parents owned Di’s Dairy, a renowned deli in Rock for three decades. He gained valuable experience working in both the kitchen and front of house.
Meanwhile, Flo embarked on her hospitality journey with St Austell Brewery. Over the course of ten years, she honed her skills starting as a waitress and barmaid, eventually managing a pub in Truro. Fate brought Chris and Flo together at The Oystercatcher in Polzeath, and their shared love for food and dreams of opening their own establishment led them to Flo’s Kitchen.
